# data-based

> data-based s.r.o. is a small team of senior data and AI specialists based in České Budějovice, Czech Republic. We get the data of online stores, retailers and distributors in order and build AI, measurable marketing and decision-making based on numbers on top of it. We work with clients anywhere.

What we do:

- Data: we connect the online store, accounting, inventory and marketing into a single version of the numbers and keep it running.
- AI: we find where AI saves people time and deploy it, for example an AI analyst the owner can ask questions in Slack, or reports that send themselves.
- Marketing: strategy and measurement so the owner knows which ad spend paid for itself. Campaigns stay with the client's existing partners. We don't resell agency work.
- Business: we help define the numbers the business plans and makes decisions by, and who owns each one.

How we start: an intro call (30 minutes, no commitment), then an audit and data foundation in the first few weeks, then ongoing monthly operations and development. The client doesn't need in-house technical staff. We're measured by what we deliver, not by hours billed.

Who it's for: owners of online stores, retailers and distributors who have their own money on the line. We've worked with clients in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, the UK, Australia and the US.
